Shipping + Delivery

Our processing time is 1-3 business days from the date of your order confirmation. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may take longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume. All orders received before 1 pm EST will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 1 pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 1 pm EST will ship the following Monday. However, during federal and U.S. holidays, processing may take 5-7 business days from the date of your order confirmation.

Our shipping options are Standard (3-4 business days), Economy (5 - 8 business days), and free Economy ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100. If you would like to expedite your order, select Express at checkout. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout.We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been shipped. We are happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it. If you notice an immediate change before your order has shipped, please email us.

Please send us an email at info@nodory.com to cancel. You must cancel within an hour of placement of the order.

You will receive a confirmation email with all order details, as soon as your order is placed. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a separate email with tracking information. If you have not received an order confirmation email—please check your spam folder or reach out to info@nodory.com.

Need to check up on your order? If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “my orders” and click “view order.” Then click “track your order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link. 

If you don’t have an account with us, or have not received an order confirmation, email us at info@nodory.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code, and we will resend.  

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to info@nodory.com.

Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece and we will contact you with the next steps in replacing it with a new item.

If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, we suggest looking around the vicinity of the shipping address, checking with your neighbors, and waiting a minimum of three business days to see if anything turns up. After 3 days please contact shipping carrier customer care to initiate a lost package investigation. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the USPS investigation and for NODORY customer care to contact you for the next steps. NODORY is not is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If after the investigation your package was claimed as lost, we are more than happy to re-ship a new order under the signature required if your item(s) are still in stock, otherwise we will issue a refund.

For security reasons, once the order is verified, the shipping address cannot be modified or changed.

Returns & Exchange

We accept returns of eligible products purchased online through our website within 7 days of delivery of an order, with the exception of items marked as Final Sales, Made to Order, Gift Cards, Pierced Earrings or Custom Orders.

All orders must be returned within 7 days of requesting a return for a full refund, minus shipping. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, or returned will not be granted.  

We do not accept any international returns at the moment. If you wish to return your order, please reach out to info@nodory.com.

Items indicated as “final sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or merchandise credit.

For items over 14 days from delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund or credit at this time.

Returns will be charged a $8.00 re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund total.*Any item(s) that are not included in return, that were in original order, will be deducted from refund. *We are working hard to have free returns in the future our apologies ! Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.

You can expect to see your refund on your account within 5-7 business days.

All orders must be initiated 7 days from receiving your package and returned within 14 days for a refund. To start a new return, reach out to info@nodory.com with your return request. Make sure to include your order number. Once your return begins processing, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip in your return package.

Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package.

Packages can either be dropped off at any authorized USPS location, or you can schedule a pick-up via UPS. Please ensure the package is scanned for tracking purposes and obtain a receipt and record of your tracking number.

With regards to exchanges, the new item requested will be shipped once the returned item is accepted.

To track the status of your return, refer to your confirmation email. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from NODORY customer care.

My Account/ My Orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We only charge you after your order ships—please only click the “place order” button one time to avoid multiple authorizations. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders online.

If you are given a one-time use discount code, please apply it on checkout for a price reduction.

Order Inquiries

If any item is pre-order, you will be able to purchase the item as normal, and we will ship it as soon as it arrives in stock. We will notify you on checkout of the expected ship date.   Please note pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, you will get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.

Pre-purchasing any item on NODORY is the best guarantee to secure your items before they sell out. If an item sells out, we may, or may not re-release, so please email us if there’s something you want and need!

Nodory.com is the only authorized online e-commerce site for authentic NODORY products. Any variation of the NODORY domain name is not affiliated with NODORY, and the authenticity of the products on such an e-commerce site cannot be confirmed. Just because it has the words “NODORY” in the domain name doesn’t mean you’ll get legitimate NODORY products or any products at all.

Quality Control

Nodory will gladly repair or replace a faulty item within 60 days of purchase at no additional cost. After 60 days, repair requests are subject to our approval and the customer is responsible for all repair and shipping related costs.

Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be covered. Our complimentary repair service does not extend to damage due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of jewelry that has been chipped, snapped chain, bent out of shape, lost or missing stones and/or pendants, or continuously exposed to chemicals, saltwater etc. Tarnishing is not considered a fault since our jewelry must come into contact with chemicals or salt water for tarnishing to occur. Damages due to these reasons are subject to our approval and will incur repair charges. Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, we ask that you please follow our Jewelry Care instructions. Refunds will not be issued for pieces that are damaged after being worn.

We stand by our products and our quality. We reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any items and repair requests. returns, or customer service.

We currently don't offer repairs.

We work with different factories and jewelers around the world. Internationally, some of our jewelry is made in China, and locally, in New York and Los Angeles.

All NODORY jewelry is made from gold-filled jewelry that has an outer layer of 14k or 18k gold, our gold plated jewelry base metal is brass and vermeil jewelry base metal is sterling silver. Our PVD stainless steal jewelry is made of 18K gold.

- Avoid salt water, chlorine, body sweat and any harsh chemicals.

- Always put jewelry after applying lotion and perfume.

- Prolong your jewelry looking golden by removing before swimming, exercising, sleeping.

Gold Plated

- Apply lotion and perfume before putting jewelry.

- Avoid salt water, chlorine, body sweat and any harsh chemicals.

- Rinse jewelry with water and mild soap at the end of the day to prevent build up of oil, sweat etc.

- Gold-Filled/ Vermeil jewelry is water resistant and can make contact with water. But pat dry as soon as you can to prolong the life. We recommend to avoid heavy soaps/shampoos, shower gels, lotion or oils as these can tarnish the jewelry brass metal.

- Gold Plated jewelry please don't shower with them and avoid lotions and any oils.
