What are the materials used in your jewelry?

- Our gold-filled jewelry has an outer layer of 14k or 18k gold.

- Our gold plated jewelry base metal is brass.

- Our vermeil jewelry base metal is sterling silver.

How to care for my jewelry?

Gold-Filled & Vermeil

- Avoid salt water, chlorine, body sweat and any harsh chemicals.

- Always put jewelry after applying lotion and perfume.

- Prolong your jewelry looking golden by removing before swimming, exercising, sleeping.

Gold Plated

- Apply lotion and perfume before putting jewelry.

- Avoid salt water, chlorine, body sweat and any harsh chemicals.

- Rinse jewelry with water and mild soap at the end of the day to prevent build up of oil, sweat etc.

Can I shower in my jewelry?

- Gold-Filled/ Vermeil jewelry is water resistant and can make contact with water. But pat dry as soon as you can to prolong the life. We recommend to avoid heavy soaps/shampoos, shower gels, lotion or oils as these can tarnish the jewelry brass metal.

- Gold Plated jewelry please don't shower with them and avoid lotions and any oils.

Orders & Shipping

What is your processing time ?

Our processing time is 1-3 days. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may take longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

What if I never receive my package or is lost?

If your package is lost and says it was delivered when it wasn't, please contact us info@nodory.com

*Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with your local post office.

How long shipping takes?

Domestic Orders

- Normal standard shipping can take 2-5 business days(not guaranteed).

- Priority shipping can take 1-3 business days(not guaranteed).

International Orders

- Shipping time frames are calculated at checkout.

How can I cancel an order?

Please send us an email at info@nodory.com to cancel. You must cancel within an hour of placement of the order.

How can I track my order?

Have an account?

Awesome! Login and head over to Nodory account and select "My Orders" to review your oder status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email so keep an eye on the process while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to info@nodory.com. Our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help resolve this for you!

Returns & Exchange

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes we do ! We accept both, please contact us if you would like to return or exchange.

Please contact and ship returns within 14 days of initial delivery, all refund are store credit. If you rather move forward with a full refund, there's no problem! Returns will be charged a $8.00 re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund total.(Exclude Sales, Flash Sales Items, Gift Cards, Pierced Earrings and Custom Orders) *We are working hard to have free returns in the future our apologies ! Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Please return item(s) in original condition with no wear or distress, in original packaging (microfiber pouch, jewelry box, etc.)

When items are returned and approved for a return. We will issue a store credit or full refund for only the item(s) being returned minus a restocking fee $8. *Any item(s) that are not included in return, that were in original order, will be deducted from refund.
