Shipping Information

USPS is experiencing delivery delays because of higher volume and limited staff due to COVID-19 regulations. First Class shipping may take anywhere from 3 days up to 21 days to be delivered. Unfortunately, we do not have control over your package after it has been dropped off to the U.S. Post Office. We can only guarantee a delivery time if you select 2-Day Express shipping. If you are in need of your order within a strict timeframe we recommend using 2-Day Express Shipping since First Class Mail option has no guaranteed delivery times. 

All US orders over $100 are free standard shipping and shipped by USPS First Class Mail. (Woohoo!)

Processing time: Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. All orders are sent with tracking, no signature required upon delivery. Please make sure your shipping location is secure. **We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

Processing time is subject to change and may take longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

If you select 2-Day Express Shipping option your order will be mailed out the next day.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number and order details. ( make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!) Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to go live in the usps.com website.
