WHAT SHOULD I USE TO CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
We recommend using a cotton cloth or the microfiber polish cloth (use gently) we provide with every purchase to polish the jewels to avoid scratching. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY JEWELRY?
We recommend storing your Nodory Jewelry pieces in the jewelry box or pouch they are shipped in. Store each piece individually to avoid them from scratching. Our jewelry pouches are great to use when traveling to protect your jewels. 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
We suggest you remove your jewelry while showering, swimming, and exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, any other products that contains chemicals and oils since this can increase the wear on your jewels. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths (Ok if used gently) this can affect the jewelry finishing.

CAN I SHOWER OR SWIM WITH MY JEWELRY?
For best care its best to not shower or swim with your jewelry. Keep them in a cool dry place and remove before bathing.

MY JEWELRY IS TURNING COLOR, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
Since every person's unique skin oils react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for your skin's reaction to our products. Gold- and Silver-Plated jewelry will turn naturally over time, and there is no way to reverse this. You can prolong the life of your Nodory Jewelry pieces by following our care recommendations so you can ensure that your jewelry remains vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible.
