We want you to love what you ordered. But sometimes things don't work out and we understand that. Because we are a small business that creates handmade pieces, our return policy is stricter than big brands. We thank you for your understanding and compliance with our policies.
Our Return and Exchange Policy :
We offer free exchanges or returns for store credit. If you rather move forward with a return, there's no problem! You have 7 days after your order ship date to exchange or return your original and unworn jewelry. Returns will be charged a $8.00 re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund total. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping cost will be on customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

- Pierced Earrings
Start Your Return or Exchange
To complete your return or exchange, you will need your order number and shipping zip code on hand. You can find your order number in your confirmation email or packing slip.
To return an item, please follow the following instructions:
1. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, undamaged with no visible signs or wear. Original tags (if any ) must be attached and the item must include the invoice and original packaging . Please note that pierced earrings and final sale items are not eligible for refund.
2. Email us at info@nodory.com. Please include "Return or Exchange" with order number in the subject line of the email and state your reason of your request.
3. For defective or damaged items, please include a clear, high resolution image of the defective or damaged in your email for return request.
Upon receipt, our team will respond to your email within 1-3 business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Exchange or return is late?
After 14 days from your ship date items are ineligible for return or exchange. If a package is sent back to us after this timeframe it will automatically reshipped back to the customer upon receipt at our shop.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received them. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nodory.com
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All orders sent in for refund within the valid timeframe will receive a refund, minus a $8.00 re-stocking fee .
Fine Print:
- If you received a free promotional gift with your original order, don't forget to include it in the return.
- Orders that meet the stated requirements herein are eligible for one exchange only and after that there are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If you received your jewelry as a gift, you can submit an exchange or return for store credit.
- If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items . All sales are Final on International/ Canadian orders and on pieces that are on Sale section of our website or when noted Final Sale.
- Please keep in mind that we don't accept returns, replace or exchange pieces that show aging since everyones body chemistry is different and it will affect the jewelry differently, making these factors out of our control.
